Yes. A flight tracking system is used to monitor your flight status; therefore we will know exactly when you will arrive. Please remember to inform us of any changes in your flight arrangement as we will be tracking the original flight you have provided us. If you have a connecting flight, please provide us with that number. If for any reason you can't find your driver, please call him/her at the number provide via text the evening prior.

Your pick-up time will be prescheduled 2 to 2 1/2 hours for domestic and 3 hours for international prior to your departure flight. Your driver will confirm this information as soon as you reach your destination; please make sure the return pick-up time matches the one on your confirmation. If you wish to be picked-up at a different time, please call us as soon as possible and it will be changed if new time is available.

Yes! We offer 1 backless booster in our Towncars/Sedans/Limos, 1 front/rear facing car seat and 1 backless booster in our SUVs, and 1 front/rear facing car seat and 2 boosters in our vans, free of charge. Additional car seat (front or rear facing) can be added for a fee in our SUV/vans.

Yes, please do not forget to select this option on your reservation. Sometimes we work on a tight schedule; therefore this information is vital to us. If you need more than 20 minutes please don't forget to indicate it in your reservation, this way we can organize our driver's schedule appropriately. We'll charge an extra $20.00 (Sedan/Van) and $25.00 (SUV/Limousine) per every 10 minutes overtime. Grocery Stops are usually done at Publix: Located in: Lake Cay Commons, 9930 Universal Blvd, Orlando, FL 32819

On busy days we might not be able to stop if your flight is delayed. We will do all we can to stop as scheduled, but cannot always guarantee it.

Just ask your driver if he has another appointment soon. If not, he will gladly stop for you. Bear in mind, sometimes we work on a tight schedule and your driver might not be able to stop for you.
